Main Campsite – This serene, 50-site campground is surrounded by soaring pines and sits along the tranquil shores of Lake Dubonnet. The lake provides opportunities for campers to enjoy pan fishing and boating. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a well-hand pump. Sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
Lake Dubonnet Trail Camp – his rustic trail camp sits along the shores of Lake Dubonnet surrounded by tall pines. It is a group camping area designed for use by equestrian campers riding the Shore-to-Shore Trail, a 420-mile trail system open to hiking and horseback riding, that stretches east-west from Empire to Oscoda with two additional northern and southern spur trails.
Lost Lake Pathway Trail – This 6.3-mile pathway connects to Lake Dubonnet State Forest Campground, providing visitors opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. It passes three lakes and several open bogs; however, most of the loop is a relatively level ride through the woods. Its easy terrain makes it an easy ride and a popular destination for even the most novice mountain biker. Originally constructed as a nature trail, Lost Lake Pathway is regarded as a single track by mountain bikers but its path is wide.
