The Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail includes 24 award winning wineries. From the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes to the West Arm of Grand Traverse Bay, you will experience the amazing beauty that the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer.
The Petoskey Wine Region is made up of 14 unique wineries, located along the Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan coastal region. If you are planning a day trip or weekend excursion, the Petoskey Wine Region offers an excellent blend of rustic to trendy tasting rooms and vineyards that rival the wine trails of Napa Valley.
The U.P. Wine Trail included 7 wineries, located in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula. You can travel from the Soo to Menominee and as their website says visit “Seven Beautiful Wineries, One Epic Road Trip”.
Michigan’s Northern Lower Peninsula is home to 3 of the 5 American Viticultural Areas
The Leelanau Peninsula AVA, Old Mission Peninsula AVA, and the Tip of the Mitt AVA.
