Deepwater Point’s shore is 1000 feet of undeveloped frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay that includes wetlands and other dynamic habitats. The shore is beautiful & rustic making it a nice stop for kayakers touring East Bay. The shore is only a short walk from the parking area making it a great place to explore on foot or enjoy a quiet day at the beach. The 17 acre property also includes trails that meander through mesic northern forest and aging pine plantation.
